ResponsibilitiesRelated is seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant to assist with the day-to-day leasing operations of our new lease up development, 700 Broadway, in Santa Monica!As a Leasing Administrative Assistant you will work as part of a larger team to execute the initial lease-up of a newly developed property. You support the Leasing Consultants through the application and leasing process for each applicant, following all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures, including all elements of Fair Housing. What You’ll Be Doing Schedule appointments and maintain tracking systems for initial lease ups, renewals, annual recertifications and/or general inquiries Maintain neat, accurate and organized paper and electronic filing systems Prepare and send preliminary applicant notices for lease ups Assist staff with preparation and distribution of lease renewals and recertification documents Provide front desk reception coverage in the office, including answering phones and emails Assist staff with the handling of all applicant/resident questions and concerns professionally and expeditiously Provide general support to office staff Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour annual bonus pased on performance QualificationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1 year of experience in property management preferred Experience in administrative support required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills General leasing experience and knowledge a plus #LuxResiServicesOverview Build Your Career With Related Management Company A subsidiary of Related Companies, Related Management Company (RMC) is a premier owner/operator of real estate, managing hundreds of properties across multiple states and Washington, D.C.
