Job OverviewThe primary purpose of a Lease Administrator is to manage and oversee all aspects of vehicle lease agreements. This includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation, ensuring compliance with contract terms, coordinating with clients and internal departments, tracking lease expirations and renewals, and supporting billing and invoicing processes. The role ensures smooth leasing operations and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Roles and Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesRoles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process vehicle lease agreements and related documents.Maintain accurate lease records and update the system regularly.Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for lease execution and follow-ups.Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations.Ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and UAE regulations.Handle customer queries related to lease terms, payments, and vehicle replacements.Support invoicing, billing, and collection processes.Generate lease-related reports for management as required.Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.Key Accountabilities:Prepare and process lease agreements.Ensure compliance with lease terms and regulations.Coordinate with customers on lease-related matters.Maintain accurate lease data and records.Monitor lease expirations and renewals.Generate lease reports for management.Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.Key Performance Areas (KPAs)Business & Financial PerformanceCustomer FocusProcess ImprovementPeople & CultureQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.2–3 years of experience in lease administration or similar role.Knowledge of car rental/leasing operations in the UAE.Proficient in MS Office and lease management systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Experience (Years of experience, Sector, Local /International)2–3 years of experience in lease administration or fleet operations.Preferably within the car rental or automotive sector.Experience in the UAE market is essential; local experience preferred.Thank you for your interest in joining us!
