Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Leasing Agent to join our Dubai real estate team. The role focuses on property marketing, tenant relations, and managing the full leasing process from inquiry to contract signing, in compliance with UAE real estate laws.Key Responsibilities:Market and promote available units through listings, social media, and property portals. Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends. Handle tenant inquiries, schedule viewings, and manage the application process. Prepare and renew tenancy contracts in line with UAE laws and RERA standards. Register and renew leases on the Ejari system. Maintain accurate records of tenants and properties using CRM systems. Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and handovers. Segregate high-demand units to optimize occupancy and marketing focus. Prepare leasing activity and occupancy reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.2–3 years of UAE experience in leasing or real estate. Proven experience in both commercial and residential leasing. Strong knowledge of Ejari, RERA regulations, and UAE tenancy laws. Proficient in Yardi, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Professional appearance and client-facing demeanor
