Gather information, answer questions, and guide prospects through next steps.Move Applications ForwardReview applications, conduct background checks, and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.Turn Approvals into Signed LeasesPrepare and send lease agreements to approved applicants and ensure all documents are executed properly.Set Tenants Up for SuccessEnter new tenant information into the property management system and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Protect Rent FlowManage rent collections, send reminders, and follow up professionally when payments are overdue.Keep Records CleanMaintain organized documentation of communications, applications, and lease files.What Makes You a Great FitFluent in English and Spanish (required)Experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service (preferred)Strong communicator across phone, chat, and emailHighly organized and detail-focusedComfortable with follow-ups and payment remindersProfessional, empathetic, and people-orientedWhy This Role MattersLeasing isn’t just paperwork.
