The intern will assist with day-to-day rental operations, including property viewings, data calling , source property listings ,preparing lease agreements , and responding to inquiries from prospective clients. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date property listings, conducting market research to assist clients in making informed decisions, and collaborating with the leasing team to achieve rental targets. The role requires strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills to enhance the client experience while meeting company objectives. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of real estate markets, rental processes, and property managementOrganizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and managing property listingsAbility to conduct market research and analyze real estate trendsFlexibility to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant digital toolsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusInterest or background in real estate, business, or related fields100% Comission based position .
