Leasing Manager (5 months contract)

Title: Leasing Manager Project: Global CityLocation: Dammam, KSADuration: ASAP for 6 months Accommodation will be provided for candidates based outside Dammam.Job DescriptionStudy the market, carry out market research on size, location, pricing, etc., and develop leasing plans in order to achieve or exceed the objectives.Provide input to the Commercial/leasing strategy and business plans in order to identify new leasing opportunities in markets and achieve the annual objectives.Implement policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure the consistent and systematic application of leasing practices.Plan, organize, and ensure adherence to policies/guidelines for lease contracts covering space, lease tenure, fit-out: authenticity, guest service guidelines, to ensure the proper delivery of offerings to fulfill the business objectives.Manage the implementation of leasing strategies and programs in order to optimize occupancy and optimal tenant mix while maximizing ease revenue in line with business objectives.Ensure timely response to client enquiries; organize site visits and ensure completion of all relevant documentation in order to close the deals and ensure deliverables based on the contracts terms and conditions to ensure high Investor and guest satisfaction level .Manage the team and resource allocation for prospecting of investors both local and international suitable to the company’s Business objectives and generate interest and work towards closure to meet targets.Work to develop long lasting partnerships and value added clientele in order to enhance Global City brand Image and reputation for quality and variety of offerings.Identify potential and innovative partnerships (locally and internationally) to ensure constant inflow of revenue, and manage joined benefits promotions through leasing and sponsorship.Manage the tenant management to ensure both Global City and tenants are performing in line with their contractual lease agreement and overall custodian of Partner/ investor/exhibitors satisfaction.Ensure preparation of timely Management reports so as to monitor and review the performance of the leasing function against key performance indicators in order to highlight any variances to Management for timely corrective actions. Provide leadership in the section – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate performance in the pursuit of the Department objectives.Release and manage leasing tenders including proposals evaluation and partners selectionDraft leasing contracts with legal department and negotiate the terms and conditions with partners until sign off Requirements Mini 4-8 years of relevant and demonstrated experience in leasing in shopping centers / large malls / theme parks/exhibitions independently.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Consumer research and market analysis.Strong ability to write and position business contracts.
