Job Summary: The Leasing Officer plays a key role in managing and executing the leasing operations of commercial properties. The position focuses on maximizing occupancy rates, securing suitable tenants, and ensuring that all leasing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and quality standards. The officer acts as a link between property owners and potential tenants, ensuring that negotiations, contract signing, and renewals are handled efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full leasing cycle for commercial buildings and office spaces to achieve target occupancy and revenue goals.Identify and attract potential tenants through marketing campaigns, direct outreach, and collaboration with real estate agencies.Prepare leasing offers, negotiate financial and contractual terms, and ensure favorable conditions for the company.Review and finalize lease agreements in compliance with legal and company requirements, coordinating with the legal department when needed.Monitor existing leases, ensure timely renewals, and prevent any lapse in occupancy or rental income.Coordinate with technical and facilities teams to ensure that leased units are ready and delivered according to agreed standards.Coordinate with technical and facilities teams to ensure that leased units are ready and delivered according to agreed standards.Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and upcoming lease expirations for management review.Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new tenants and enhance the property’s market presence.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Conduct market analysis to monitor real estate trends, rental rates, and competitors’ activities for informed decision-making.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or commercial property management. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.Outstanding relationship-building and client networking capabilities.
