Your search has come to an end!Role: Leasing Specialist - Property Management DepartmentReports to: Regional Portfolio ManagerJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: Competitive Base Pay with Monthly CommissionLocation: Denver Metro Area, ColoradoSummary --As a Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility would be to portray the community’s services, amenities, and offerings to prospects during personalized tours in an engaging manner, in order to successfully convert them into residents. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact future residents have with the community and management company.
