We continuously strive to meet consumer needs and expectations.Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage leasing activities including tenant prospecting and lease documentation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.Ensure leasing strategies align with business targets and deadlines.Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and administrative documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing Management major preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mall or retail property.Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, and tenancy agreements.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn and grow.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
