This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in orchestrating 360° communication projects, supporting regional teams, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a graduate student with a strong interest in communications, marketing, or related fields, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate 360 Communication Projects: Support the development and coordination of 360° communication plans, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and activation frameworks. Contribute to the development of communication briefs based on the defined strategy. Manage the deployment of campaigns and activations by responding to needs and providing necessary material. Collaborate with key internal teams (Marketing, Brand Image, PR, Media, Events, Digital...) to ensure the follow-up of deliverables. Support Regional Teams on 360° Communication Projects: Prepare and coordinate the distribution of regional guidelines and communication tools. Ensure the timely delivery of materials and support regional understanding of campaign/activation objectives and execution. Competitive Benchmarks: Collect and analyze activations from competition based on different thematics. Draw key learnings and implications to Cartier. Improve Process Efficiency and Information Flow: Prepare meeting materials, status updates, toolkits, and summaries to ensure smooth communication within the team and between departments. Gain practical experience in the luxury goods industry. Profile & Required SkillsGraduate of a Master’s degree (Grande École / University) in communications or marketing. At least 1 experience in communications. Soft SkillsCollaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, brand content, public relations, media, events, digital, client, and regional teams. Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and guidelines. Organisation and Rigour: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all work. Proactivity and Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify and resolve potential problems, and to develop creative solutions to challenges. Hard SkillsProject Management: Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects. Data Analysis: Basic skills in data analysis, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Communication Tools: Proficiency in the use of communication tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
