Introduction: Help shape the future of digital delivery at LeavePlus. We're looking for a Technology Delivery and Release Lead to coordinate and drive the execution of complex digital and technology initiatives that span platforms, squads, and stakeholders. This max term role until September 2026 reports to the Digital Product Delivery Lead and is offered on a hybrid basis (3 days in office). You'll work in an Agile, regulated environment, acting as the glue between delivery squads, digital platforms, and enterprise goals—ensuring transparency, alignment, and quality across the board.
What You’ll DoCoordinate delivery efforts across multiple squads and streams—digital, data, security, and platforms—bringing cohesion to enterprise-wide transformation. Integrate agile ways of working with structured governance to balance speed with accountability. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across business-critical platforms. Champion DevOps and automation to streamline release cycles while maintaining quality, audit-readiness, and traceability. Engage and align with stakeholders at all levels—from product owners to executives—ensuring visibility, collaboration, and delivery confidence. Provide meaningful delivery metrics and reporting to drive decisions and foster continuous improvement.
What You BringProven experience leading Agile delivery in complex technology environments, with hands-on involvement in release management. Familiarity with digital platforms, DevOps practices, and delivery tools, alongside a solid understanding of governance and compliance in regulated sectors. Ability to clearly communicate delivery progress, risks, and milestones to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with a passion for building alignment, unblocking teams, and driving progress. A strategic thinker who can connect day-to-day delivery with broader business objectives and member outcomes.
