As a Lecturer at ADIGRAT UNIVERSITY, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, developing course materials, mentoring and guiding students, and conducting academic research. You will also participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities. The role requires working on-site in Greater London with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in lecture preparation, public speaking, and presenting material in an engaging and accessible manner.Strong academic writing, research, and analytical skills to produce quality teaching materials and contribute to research publications.Ability to mentor, guide, and support the professional growth and development of students.Organizational and planning skills to manage workload, meet deadlines, and contribute to departmental initiatives.Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on educational practices, and applying innovative teaching methods.Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in the relevant subject area is required.Experience in teaching higher education settings is a strong advantage.A passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
