We are looking for lecturers in the for our January 2026 intake, as well as qualified personnel to join our panel of lecturers for the upcoming intakesApplicants must be Galway based or available to lecture in Galway City onsite.Modules: Marketing, Finance, International Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Quantitative MethodsYou will be required to teach both our full-time day students in person and part-time evening students in person and online.Job Description: Applications are now invited for full-time, part time and fixed term lecturers and also to form part of a lecturing panel in the discipline areas and to become part of a team involved in programme development, quality assurance and enhancement and excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.Candidates will at a minimum hold a Master's degree, have a balance of lecturing and industry experience, and ideally have knowledge of course and programme development, delivery and assessment.Key Responsibilities:Teaching Business & related subjectsPreparation of all materials related to taught courses and assessment / correction of assignments and exams as appropriateAbility to deliver specific modules that are aligned to MIMLOs and MIMPLOs and ensuring that each element fits into the student experience of the whole programmeAbility to work as part of a team to enhance the teaching learning and assessment strategies of the school as well as enhancing the student experienceEngagement with the Virtual Learning Environment and ensuring that all materials and lectures are up to date and fit for purpose and have a keen appreciation of academic integrity requirementsProviding support and guidance to students as required especially during office hours / tutorials and at other times depending on the needs of the student.Being responsible for supervision of business research projects related to your field of expertisePreparation of students for assignments & examsProvision of guidance on student research projects and dissertations. Attendance at staff and other academic and committee meetings, induction days, revision days, graduations, etc.Achieving deadlines.Promoting a positive image of the SchoolSupervision of exams or other duties that may be required outside usual teaching hoursApply with a letter of application and CV!
