The lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive university-level lectures, developing and updating HR management and leadership curricula, providing academic guidance to students, and contributing to the development of innovative teaching practices. The candidate will foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment, enabling students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.QualificationsExperience in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and LeadershipProficiency in Curriculum Development and designing educational contentDemonstrated ability in Lecturing and University Teaching, including the ability to engage and inspire studentsSkills in Training and mentoring students and fostering their professional growthExcellent communication and organizational skillsMaster's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related fieldFamiliarity with contemporary teaching methods and concepts; experience with the CORE educational concept is a plusCommitment to innovation and enhancing student-centered learning
