Role Description This is a full-time on-site Lecturer role based in Klaipėda. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, creating and updating course materials, conducting research in their area of expertise, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic projects, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering a stimulating learning environment focused on practical and professional knowledge application. Qualifications Proven expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and course material preparationStrong research and analytical skills applicable to academic and practical projectsEffective communication, mentorship, and student engagement abilitiesProficiency in subject areas relevant to the field of studyExperience in international collaborations, particularly with ERASMUS+ or similar programs, is advantageousAdvanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in the relevant field of studyFamiliarity with modern educational technologies and tools
