Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing agency team.

This role requires the ability to manage social media accounts from start to finish. From crafting comprhensive content strategies, to executing content and scheduling. We want someone who is confident in full management of all social channels. This brand new role within the agency requires exceptional content creation, excellent writing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our internal and clients’ social media platformsDevelop and implement creative and innovative social media strategies for both internal and client purposes that deliver exceptional resultsResearch and plan content strategy for social media campaigns that include the latest trendsAbility to content create across video and static with proficient use of Canva (or similar)Deliver engaging, creative, and innovative content for our clients, from brainstorming to capturingScheduling across various social media platformsReporting across all social channels and gathering insightsCollaborate with immediate colleagues on the delivery and management of multi-channel or experience focused campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaignsClient facing role that requires good communication skillsSupport the wider agency by leading occasional training sessions and mentoring on specialist subjectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with your team members, clients and media sourcesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 2+ years’ social media management & content creation experienceExperience working in an agency environmentFull understanding of all social media channelsAbility to work independently with and without the use of AI generated content or automated tools in all aspects of the role and responsibilitiesProven Social Media capabilities e. g. successful campaigns, award winning contentExceptional Copywriting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
