Your Career OpportunityIn this exciting new temporary career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance on part-time hours and working from home remotely. As a Legal Administrative Assistant you'll have a direct impact oon supporting the Legal Team. This role is key to maintaining daily operations, ensuring continuity in contract management, and reducing the administrative workload of the Legal Team. You will: Support the initial stages of contract management (excluding legal clause review or direct client interaction).
This includes verifying that the Sales team has completed all required fields (client name, dates, contact email) in the Juro platform, attaching the pricing table, and sending documents to clientsRename and systematically organize signed contracts and related documentationScan and upload contracts into the CLM system, ensuring centralized recordkeeping, easy accessibility, and the availability of key information for CPI renewals and client managementWhat You'll OfferNative or highly fluent in Spanish and good command of EnglishCurrently enrolled and actively pursuing a degree in Law, or Business (early years), and not have graduated prior to the beginning of the internshipPreferred, not essential:
