We are actively seeking a dynamic receptionist to join our team, contributing to our clients' well-being and the seamless operation of our organization.Responsibilities:- Client Intake: Manage the intake process for new clients, gathering necessary information and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.- Client Assistance: Provide valuable support to clients, offering empathy and understanding in sensitive situations. Keep clients informed about the status of their cases and any updates or developments.- Phone Engagement: Engage with clients over the phone, forging connections and offering assistance to those facing mobility challenges. Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls is crucial, making candidates with sales or service experience highly desirable.- Mail Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming mail and courier deliveries to ensure timely distribution. This will include filing, scanning, and possible re-mails.- Project Collaboration: Collaborate on various projects, contributing your organizational skills and creative thinking.- Records Facilitation: Facilitate records requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.- Data Entry: Enter and maintain client information accurately in databases and software systems.- Reviewing and Mailing Legal Documents: Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness before mailing them out to clients or relevant parties.- Follow-Up on Outstanding Legal Documents: Proactively follow up on any outstanding legal documents or information needed from clients to ensure timely resolution of cases.Our Commitment: We are looking for a candidate committed to a long-term future with our company.
