The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or real estate industry, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and manage legal risks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters related to company operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lease contracts, and construction-related contracts.Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the real estate and construction sectors.Handle legal documentation related to property acquisitions, sales, and project development.Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations when necessary.Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and stakeholders on legal matters.Assess potential legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company’s business.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in LawMinimum 5 years of proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Counsel, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and real estate laws.Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
