Responsibilities :Managing company corporate legal documentation and administration in PT Panin Dai-ichi Life and all affiliate companiesCirculating external information, both hardcopy document and soft file, to relevant internal stakeholders with proper and timely mannerSupporting line manager in holding shareholder and Board of Commissioners meetings, including preparing all supporting document and communicating with relevant external partiesSupporting line manager in preparing regulatory report in proper and timely manner, including but not limited to GCG report, Sustainability Requirements Report, Board of Commissioners Supervision ReportOther task and ad hoc project to be determined by line manager of Head of DepartmentKey Requirements :Bachelor/Master degree, major : LawExperience min. 1+ yearsExperience in Corporate Secretarial matters (particularly in Life Insurance companies)Document administration management capabilities, good communication skillsDetailed, agile, full of initiative, result oriented
