The role involves handling administrative and documentation tasks related to legal matters — without the need to interpret law. Strong English skills are required to read and understand legal documents effectively. It’s a great opportunity for a law student or someone with experience as a legal assistant who is proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.Key responsibilities:Manage and update the repository of legal templates (contracts, powers of attorney, resolutions, internal policies).Review, organize, and maintain legal and corporate documents in PL/EN versions.Support in preparing and reviewing simple legal documents and reports.Keep track of document validity dates and ensure timely updates.Maintain structured records of powers of attorney, resolutions, and internal templates.Coordinate document circulation, collect signatures, and ensure completeness.Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks.Requirements:Fluent English - ability to read and fully understand legal and corporate documents.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with MS Office.Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.Currently studying law or having prior experience as a legal assistant / paralegal /Benefits:Professional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility.Flexibility – adaptable working hoursGlobal collaboration – work with diverse international teams across continents.Innovative environment – be part of a forward-thinking, growth-oriented workplace.Team-building traditions – including our annual company event.
