Legal Associate

We are looking for an In-House Legal expert with a specialization in Indian Real Estate to join our team.The successful candidate will have the ability to produce impartial and detailed legal opinions regarding real estate matters. This includes advising on leases, transfers of title, title examination, title insurance and related matters.ResponsibilitiesMonitor changes in relevant legislation and keep abreast of regulatory developments that may affect the organizationDraft, review, negotiate and advise on real estate related contractsEngage in dispute resolution processesLiaise with clients and external counsels on legal mattersResearch and provide advice on Indian real estate law as neededConduct due diligence investigations and provide reportsTrack and manage various cases through completion of all necessary paperworkRequirementsBachelor's degree in law from a reputed institution1+ years' experience working with Indian real estate law is mandatoryProven track record of successfully navigating real estate transactionsExcellent research, analytical, organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
