This role will support the business in contract management, regulatory compliance, and general legal matters. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—such as People, Finance, Sales, and Operations—to ensure legal excellence is embedded in all aspects of the company’s growth.The Legora legal function operates across a wide range of legal disciplines as well as jurisdictions and plays a key role as a partner to all teams with a focus on product development, operations, and commercial projects. Beyond your legal expertise, you should also be able to innovate, solve problems and proactively look for solutions in our challenging mission to revolutionize legal work worldwide.What You Will Be DoingDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements).Support corporate governance activities, including board documentation and company secretarial tasks.Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on applicable laws and regulations.Assist in regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and licensing requirements.Maintain and improve contract templates, legal processes, and document management systems.Collaborate with business units to identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions.Support dispute resolution and litigation management when required.Who you areSwedish Law Degree LL.M.Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Additional language skills are meritorious. It’s a plus if you have 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel in a fast paced environment. It’s a plus if you have experience with the American legal system and/or a background in a SaaS company.Experience in M&A, handling corporate matters and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Experience with data privacy matters, IT security and/or corporate law is meritorious.Your focus is on achieving meaningful business outcomes, translating into actionable advice delivered clearly and comprehensively.You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and rapidly evolving business setting.
