It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!‎‎Job DescriptionProvide clear, strategic, and pragmatic legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day operations and key business initiativesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and legal documents, including commercial agreements and partnership arrangementsConduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations, especially in the travel and financial services sectorsAdvise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk mitigation strategies in relation to new and existing products, and other key business initiativesSupport organic business expansion plans by advising on legal implications of the new key initiatives or new market (as relevant)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal and business risks and help develop practical solutionsSupport legal awareness initiatives and provide basic training to other departments on legal-related topicsConduct periodic internal legal reviews or audits to ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliances and obligations of the relevant products‎RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable universityMinimum 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel or at a reputable law firm; experience in the travel or financial services industry is preferredExcellent knowledge in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and risk analysisDemonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking, and business acumen in providing legal adviceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethicComfortable working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneouslyFluent in English, both spoken and written‎If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
