Job Description

Preparing, making, and reviewing documents related to the Company's corporate actions such as the establishment of PT, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, and changes to the Company's data.Monitoring licensing of the Company and its subsidiariesMaking internal memos to units/inter-sections related to corporate actions carried out by the CompanyAdministering the Company's documents, including copies, scans and storage of the Company's original documentsMake and process payments for all costs / invoices incurred related to the Company's corporate actionsPrepare the Company's monthly report
