And this is where your ride starts.THE JOURNEYWe are looking for a hands-on Croatia/Bosnia Legal Counsel that will work with the local Croatian and Bosnian teams and the HQ legal team, managing the day-to-day implications of the business.Report to the Legal Director ITSEE in all related functionsBe the main responsible for Croatia and Bosnia legal functionsElaborate, review and analyze all types of commercial agreementsProvide legal advice and ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to Glovo’ s business (including privacy, labour, compliance, regulated products and others)Collaborate with external law firmsSupport in the analysis and implementation of strategiesSupport in the implementation of corporate governance policies, special projects and reporting functionsParticipate in due diligence, evaluate risks, elaborate corporate documentationGet your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix itWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEAt least 5 years of experience in the legal department of a company and/or reputed law firm with proven experience in commercial law, consumer & antitrust and labour lawBachelor of Laws in Croatia or Bosnia;Excellent English. Other languages is a plusAbility to navigate across multiple geographies and cultures, and coordinate with all the areas within the organizationExcellent communication and presentation skillsInternational profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environmentHigh energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a growing and changing environmentGlovo keeps growing day after day , that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead.
