About UsThe Commercial & General Group is one of Australia’s most respected and fastest growing construction, development and investment groups, with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne. We deliver major projects across the residential, healthcare, defence, mixed use and logistics sectors, backed by a team driven to create lasting impact.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Senior Associate level lawyer (5+ years PAE) to join our high-performing in-house legal team.  Reporting directly to the Group’s General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in providing strategic and practical legal advice across the business.This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:Large-scale construction, development and investment projects Corporate governance, compliance and risk management Contract drafting and negotiation Capital raising, debt finance, corporate and general commercial transactions Management of external legal service providers  About YouWe’re looking for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
