Our main portfolio products include electricity, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES), natural gas, and fuels.We are looking for a Chief Legal CounselKey Responsibilities:Drafting and reviewing supply and purchase agreements for electricity, natural gas, petroleum products, and grain commodities on the Ukrainian market and abroad (including EFET, PPA, and MSPA agreements) Structuring transactions across various jurisdictions, including EU member states Drafting and reviewing agreements related to derivatives and other financial instruments associated with the trading of electricity, natural gas, and petroleum products Providing legal analysis and expert opinions on compliance and regulatory matters within the electricity and natural gas marketsRequirements:Strong contract management skills and an analytical approach to legal issuesKnowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the energy sectorFamiliarity with EU energy law and standardized framework agreements (EFET/ISDA) will be considered an advantageA valid attorney’s license is an advantageAdvanced level in written and spoken English is mandatoryResults-oriented mindset, responsibility, stress resilience, ability to work in a team, and creativityWe offer:Competitive Base salaryBenefits according to location benefits planFriendly and goal-oriented working environmentProfessional education from DTEK Academy (online courses, classroom training, master classes, clubs, professional communities, etc.)Learn more about our company and current initiatives here: D.TRADING
