If you have the self-demand, ambition, curiosity and commitment to take Fourvenues to the next level, we want to meet you!Location: Valencia (hybrid model).Report to: VP of FinanceWhat You’ll Be DoingDraft and review, a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, partnership, NDAs, and services agreements.Advise on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data protection (GDPR), and regulatory matters relevant to the SaaS industry.Develop and maintain internal policies, templates, and procedures to ensure legal consistency and operational efficiency.Collaborate with finance and operations on risk assessment, contract management, and compliance monitoring.Work in close collaboration with the Legal teamSupport the management of relationships with external law firms and ensure cost-effective legal support.Stay up to date on regulatory changes affecting the SaaS and tech industry and communicate implications to stakeholders.Support the delivery of training sessions to raise awareness of key legal and compliance topics across the company.What we need from you2-3years of experience in a similar role.Degree in Law or in Law and Business.Advanced English level (C1).Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.Results-oriented with a focus on excellence.Resilience to maintain high performance under pressure.Initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions.Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.What We OfferSalary based on candidate's skills and experience.Annual bonuses for those who significantly contribute to Fourvenues' success.A vision and team that will inspire you to excel and reach the next level in your career development.Laptop and high-resolution monitors to maximize your potential.Hybrid work model (4+1): four days in the office and one from home if that’s where you feel most productive although we're confident that the environment and the team will make you enjoy being at the office more than you’d expect.Flexible working hours.
