Legal Counsel – Labor Law

At DSK Bank, we continuously strive to provide the best experience to our clients by offering innovative digital solutions and excellent service.We are currently looking to expand our team with an experienced Legal Counsel – Labor Law.Main Responsibilities:Provide legal opinions and consultations regarding the application of labor legislation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Advise on internal acts, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices.Handle regulatory inquiries and manage communication with competent institutions and authorities.Support Human Resources management by providing advice on matters related to the governance framework and compliance activities.Coordinate and manage the activities of committees reporting to the Supervisory Board, ensuring legal oversight and alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.Monitor changes in labor legislation and HR-related regulations, ensuring that company practices remain fully compliant.Requirements:Completed higher legal education (Master’s degree), preferably with specialization in Labor Law.Proven professional experience in providing legal advice on HR-related matters, labor law, and applicable EU regulations.Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders within the organization.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.DSK Bank Offers:Food vouchers of up to EUR 102.26 per month.20 + 5 days of paid annual leave.Additional health insurance.Preferential terms for housing and mortgage loans, as well as other banking products and services.Annual bonus scheme linked to performance results.Preferential terms for a Multisport / CoolFit card.Referral bonus for recommending a new colleague.If this position matches your professional interests and skills, we would be pleased to review your application.
