Stellenbeschreibung:For our globally operating HYDROPOWER business area, we are seeking a LEGAL COUNSEL (m/f/d) on a full-time basis at our office in Vienna. As a member of our global legal department, you can expect an international environment with projects and colleagues on all continents. YOUR TASKS Independent legal advice for specific areas of the ANDRITZ Group, both domestically and internationally Reviewing, commenting on, negotiating, and drafting complex contracts (such as supply contracts, consortium agreements, and subcontracts, primarily in international plant engineering), mainly in English Legal support in project execution Participation in negotiations with business partners Collaboration with law firms Support in arbitration or court proceedings Conducting internal trainings   Profilbeschreibung:YOUR PROFILE Law degree in an EU member state (preferably Austria, Germany, France, Spain), Switzerland or the UK At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, either in the legal department of a company or a law firm; completion of the bar exam is an advantage Fluent English required for negotiations; German and additional foreign languages are an advantage Independent and structured working style, resilience, strong teamwork and communication skills Analytical skills and negotiation talent High level of flexibility and commitment, willingness to travel internationally (up to approximately 10% of working time)  Wir bieten:OUR OFFERWe are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross  € 4.689,25 per month.
