Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing global brand. The person in this role will be responsible for managing all legal processes of the company in line with applicable laws, internal policies, and commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage all legal processes of the company in compliance with legislation and internal corporate policies,Prepare, review, and negotiate lease, purchasing, franchise, and service agreements,Provide legal opinions and guidance to relevant departments prior to commercial decisions,Handle trademark registration and intellectual property procedures,Lead negotiation processes with counterparties regarding contract revisions and amendments made to benefit from governmental or commercial incentives,Monitor changes in legislation and inform related departments accordingly,Create legal awareness across the company and manage potential risks proactively.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law,Holding a lawyer’s license,Experienced in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating lease, purchasing, franchise, and service agreements,Preferably experienced in international retail or multi-location corporate structures,Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),Analytical thinker, solution- and result-oriented,Proficient in MS Office applications,Willing and able to travel when required
