As the first provider to offer full-funnel analytics and data solutions for WhatsApp, 360Dialog is leading the way in performance-driven messaging and marketing automation.Role OverviewAs a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:Provide legal support and guidance to colleagues across all departments ensuring clear and compliant responses (HR, Sales, Product, Finance, etc.);Manage legal operations including contract template maintenance, legal database administration, document preparation, and cross-departmental legal support coordinationDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SLAs, NDAsSupport C-level management with legal opinions on corporate matters, employment issues, and strategic decisionsEnsure and advise on GDPR compliance and data protection mattersAssist with the company's VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Program) and equity-related mattersRespond to legal questionnaires and due diligence requests from partners and clientsCoordinate with external legal counsel when necessaryAssist in legal process optimization and workflow improvementsApply technical knowledge to support legal processes related to our SaaS platform and Meta BSP operationsAbout YouWe highly value people who are dedicated to growing with us, who do not get paralysed by complex problems and focus on continuous improvements and achievements.We encourage you to think critically, solve problems creatively and choose to do what makes sense, always asking yourself what impact and value your actions and decisions have for the team and the company.What matters to us is your independence and passionate commitment to software exploration. It's crucial that you possess the ability to manage yourself in a fully remote and global company and understand your own capabilities to work in an asynchronous way and at your optimal pace.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Act as trusted legal advisor across all business functions Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to execution Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, data protection, corporate law) Support C-level on strategic legal matters and corporate governance Maintain and optimize legal operations and documentation systems Provide backup coverage for Legal colleaguesKey Requirements:Law Degree (German or equivalent EU qualification)Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or tech sectorStrong understanding of commercial contract law and B2B agreementsKnowledge of GDPR and data protection complianceFluent legal English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong communication skills with ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to non-legal colleaguesDesired Skills/Experience:German language proficiency (strong advantage)Experience in SaaS, technologyFamiliarity with Meta Business Solutions, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), or similar platformsPrior experience as in-house counsel in a startupBudgetThe budget range for this role is €5,000 Month - €7,000/Month, depending on the candidate's level of experience and fit with the position requirements.LocationWe are a fully remote company and welcome applicants from anywhere in the world.
