From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.Revolut is looking for a Legal Counsel to advise on our ongoing expansion and operations in Japan, as well as various legal and regulatory matters. You'll report to the Head of Legal based in Japan.ポジションについて法務部門はレボリュートの中心に位置し、ビジネスの中核を担っています。法務部のメンバーは、社内のあらゆる分野に対して第一線で助言・支援を行い、レボリュートの成長により良い影響を与えるような意思決定に日々寄与しています。金融レギュレーション、契約法務、ジェネラルコーポレートその他様々な法律問題など、携わる仕事の幅広さは、社内職としてはかなりユニークなものです。レボリュートの法務部門において、当社の継続的な日本での事業拡大やオペレーション、様々な法務・規制に関する助言を行う法務マネジャーを募集しています。この職務は日本の法務部長にレポートします。What you'll be doingProviding legal analysis and advice on financial regulationsDrafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, including inter-group, outsourcing, service, partnership, and marketing agreementsAdvising and consulting with internal teams across locations, such as Operations, Compliance, and FinCrimeAssisting in negotiations with external partiesLiaising with global and local teams to lead new license applications and business setupsAdvising on data protection, including the Act on Protection of Personal Information and the My Number LawSupporting on matters related to AML, CFT, and regulatory complianceIdentifying and advising on legal risks associated with new product developmentHandling disputes and litigationUpdating changes in legal and regulatory requirements, and proactively responding to changes in regulatory developments業務内容当社に適用される金融規制に関する法的分析及び助言グループ間契約、業務委託契約、サービス契約、パートナーシップ契約、マーケティング契約など様々な商業契約のドラフト又はレビュー社内関係者（日本及び英国本社を含むグループ会社のオペレーションチーム、コンプライアンスチーム、金融犯罪対策チーム等）への助言及び相談社外関係者との折衝のサポートグローバル及びローカルチームと連携し、新規ライセンス申請や新規事業の立上げを主導すること個人情報保護法、マイナンバー法をはじめとするデータープロテクションに関連する助言AML/CFT及びレギュラトリーコンプライアンスに関する業務のサポート新製品開発に関連する法的リスクの特定及び助言利用規約のレビュー社内規程のレビュー争訟対応法令・規制要件の変更をアップデートし、規制の進展に積極的に対応することWhat you'll needA licence to practice law in Japan (bengoshi) or common law jurisdiction3+ years of experience in financial legal work (experience at a tech company would be a plus)Fluency in Japanese (native level)Fluency in English (business level)Excellent customer service and client orientation, with the ability to build successful relationshipsA high degree of independence, initiative, and determinationEnthusiasm and drive for resultsHigh analytical skills and the ability to exercise good legal and managerial judgement in ambiguous situationsThe ability to work independently and contribute successfully to cross-functional teamsGreat organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines応募資格日本の弁護士資格又は英米法系の弁護士資格一流の法律事務所又は金融機関における3年以上の金融法務経験（テクノロジー企業における経験があれば尚可）日本語：ネイティブレベル英語：ビジネスレベル顧客サービス及び顧客志向が強く、良好な人間関係を構築することに長けていること高い独立性、自発性、決断力結果を出すための熱意と意欲高い分析能力を有し、曖昧な状況下でも適切な法的・経営的判断力を発揮できること独立して仕事をする能力、また部門横断的なチームにうまく貢献する能力優れた組織能力、及び複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限を守ることができる能力
