You'll act as a strategic partner, balancing legal risk with commercial opportunity, and ensuring compliance in an environment where quality, speed and impact matter. What you'll doReview, draft and negotiate commercial contracts for production and non-production spend, including raw materials, packaging, manufacturing, logistics, media/IT and warehousingAdvise procurement professionals on supplier and third-party relationships, including the resolution of disputesIdentify and manage compliance risks in anti-bribery, competition, sanctions and data privacyDevelop tools and processes to support procurement in managing risks in assessments, tenders and negotiationsWhat you'll bringQualification to practise law in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Singapore, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand preferred)3-5 years' experience in commercial contract review, negotiation and drafting, ideally across multiple jurisdictionsNative-level spoken and written EnglishExperience in a multinational environment, ideally with UK/Europe/North America exposureStrong stakeholder management, oral and written communication skillsRobust legal and commercial acumenThe right mindset: thrives in a fast-paced, complex, matrix-style organisation; takes ownership, leads and delivers results; comfortable in a hectic, ambiguous environmentNo sponsorship or relocation offered.
