We’re looking for someone to join our Legal Team in Stockholm as our Legal Counsel on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation with expert legal guidance across a wide range of areas, including leasing, contracts, disputes, compliance, data protection, and construction. You’ll work closely with local teams and departments, while also collaborating internationally across other regions.What you will be doing… Draft and support negotiations of lease agreements and addendumsManage lease termination procedures and related measuresProvide legal support to operational teams on business and commercial agreements, obligations, and policiesHandle corporate law matters, including drafting protocols and liaising with official authoritiesAdvise on data protection and GDPR complianceEnsure adherence to compliance standards across the organisationSupport development and construction projects with legal expertiseConduct legal and risk analyses, recommending appropriate actionsManage disputes, litigations, and rent tribunal proceduresDevelop internal processes to ensure secure and efficient leasing practicesDeliver internal training sessions on legal topicsOversee general administration and archivingWhat skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful? You have a degree in Master of Laws (LL.M.)You have relevant work experience from a law firm or legal departmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and you speak fluent Swedish and EnglishYou are bold and curious by nature, and able to develop and implement innovative action plans.You have strong problem-solving skills, and you are confident in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders.You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Who are we?
