TLCP supports preschool children in achieving their spiritual, cognitive, socio-emotional, and physical potential using creative, proven teaching methodologies. The program provides a foundation in Islamic knowledge alongside essential learning and life skills. Little Caliphs offers comprehensive training, branding, and business support for successfully establishing and operating kindergartens.Job DescriptionContract & Agreement ManagementAssist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents;Assist in ensuring that all agreements are in compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable laws;Maintain and update the contract register and filing system for ease of tracking, renewal, and reference; andLiaise with internal departments and external parties for contract execution and follow-up.Legal Advisory & ResearchProvide preliminary legal advice and support to business units on contractual, commercial, and operational matters;Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices affecting the company’s operations; andAssist the Legal Counsel in preparing legal opinions, memos, and correspondence.Dispute SupportSupport in handling dispute matters, including gathering documentation, preparing summaries, and assist in liaising with external solicitors or authorities;Assist in monitoring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations; andHelp manage internal reports and updates related to legal disputes, claims, or notices.Policy & DocumentationAssist in reviewing and updating internal policies, standard templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and legal compliance; andSupport in implementing corporate governance practices and internal control measures.Administrative & Coordination DutiesHandle document stamping, notarization, and filing of legal documents;Maintain confidentiality and proper record-keeping of all legal documents and correspondence; andPerform other duties as assigned by the Legal Counsel.Undertaking any other duties, functions or services  consistent with the role of Legal Executive as determined by the management.Job RequirementBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.Fresh Graduates encourgae to apply.Strong foundation in contract and commercial law.Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management.Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
