You’ll handle high-volume calls and inquiries, prequalify leads, and close retainers—all while offering a warm, empathetic presence. If you’re driven by performance, love structured follow-ups, and know how to ask for the business, this is your chance to make a real impact.Schedule:Monday to Friday EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Handling daily calls (inbound and outbound), plus web and email inquiriesConducting intake conversations and close retainers without attorney consults when possibleExecuting a structured 7-touch follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails)Prequalifying leads based on firm criteria across multiple practice areasLogging all interactions, consults, outcomes, and payments in Clio Grow and Clio ManageDrafting and sending professional follow-up and nurturing emailsPreparing weekly intake/sales reports using Clio and Google SheetsParticipating in intensive sales training and ongoing coachingWhat We’re Looking For:At least two years of proven sales experience in a law firm or high-ticket service roleComfortable securing payment and engagement on the first callStable work history (at least 1 year in last role)Strong objection handling (cost, timing, hesitation, etc.)Tech-savvy with CRM and spreadsheet experienceExcellent English communication skillsCustomer-focused with excellent phone etiquetteEmpathetic, sociable, and trustworthyDetail-oriented with strong planning and time managementConfident and assertive in handling objections and closing salesReliable and motivated by performance metrics and growthReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
