I’m helping Optimum Legal find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Legal Intake Specialist.You will drive firm growth by managing client intake, sales, and key communications.Compensation:USD 800/month.Location:Remote (for residents of Colombia, México, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Belize)Mission of Optimum Legal:"Provide expert legal support in real estate and construction litigation with personalized client care."What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in Slack, Sales, MyCase, Marketing, Lead qualification, KPI tracking, Google Workspace.You have the potential to develop in Real estate legal intake.English - Fully fluentSpanish - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Key Responsibilities.Client Intake + Sales.Answer all inbound calls and email inquiries in real time.Conduct intake screening to determine case type and lead qualification.Convert qualified leads into paid consultations.Follow up with warm leads through scheduled follow-ups and CRM sequences.Maintain weekly conversion metrics.Client Communication.Provide exceptional customer service and a positive first impression.Manage appointment scheduling in the firm calendar.Send text and email reminders to confirm consultations.Handle client onboarding steps after attorney approval, including sending retainers and collecting documents.Administrative + CRM Management.Enter all lead details accurately into the CRM (Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, or similar).Ensure calls, follow-ups, and notes are properly documented.Track and report daily and weekly KPIs, including consultations booked, conversion rate, and follow-ups made.Marketing Coordination.Review incoming leads from PPC campaigns, Google My Business, website forms, and referral partners.Coordinate referrals to and from partner companies.Support short-term and long-term marketing funnels.Requirements.Fluent in English (written and spoken) with an accent-neutral or near-neutral tone.Prior intake experience in a U.S.-based law firm preferred.Strong understanding of sales, persuasion, and objection handling.Excellent phone presence and professionalism.Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.Comfortable using:CRM systems.Google Workspace.Slack or similar platforms.VOIP phone systems.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
