With over 100 subsidiaries and affiliates, BGE is a large, competitive leading player in the environmental protection industry with diverse businesses.For more information, please visit our website: http://en.bgechina.cn/ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice regarding recycling projects, waste management, waste-to-energy, and renewable energy projects both domestically and internationally.Review and draft contracts such as Joint Venture Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Contracts, Land Lease Agreements, and other business contracts related to the industrial sector.Coordinate with government and private agencies in Thailand and abroad, such as those in the fields of environment, energy, and industry.Provide legal consultation on labor law, company establishment, or taxation matters in cases of overseas business expansion.Monitor and analyze new laws and regulations, both domestic and international, related to environment, energy, and recyclable material importation to assess business risks and opportunities.Act as the company’s legal advisor and representative in meetings or negotiations with international partners.Support the management team in developing long-term legal strategies for projects.· Prepare legal reports and memoranda (Legal Memo / Report) in Thai, Chinese, or English for submission to management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Law.· Possess a lawyer’s license from the Lawyers Council of Thailand (internship or prior experience in a law firm is an advantage).Knowledge or experience in the recycling, energy, environmental, or infrastructure industries.Proficient communication skills in Chinese–Thai or English–Thai, both spoken and written.Understanding of international law and the ability to study foreign regulations.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel abroad when necessary (e.g., China, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, or other Asian countries).Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams such as technical, engineering, sales, and management departments.
