Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, preparing legal documents, and overseeing contract negotiations. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of business laws, managing legal risks, and consulting on legal matters to support Breakthrough Trading S.C. in meeting its goals ethically and lawfully. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Law and Contract LawProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal ConsultingSolid knowledge of general Law, particularly in areas relevant to the company’s operationsCapability to review, draft, and negotiate legal agreements and contractsBachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification and 4 years relevant experience ang fleuncy in oromiffa language is is mandatory.Good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain high ethical standardsExperience in the consulting or corporate training industry is a plus
