We are always looking for people with relentless energy to push themselves further and find new avenues and unique ways to reach our shared goals.Please find out more about what we do here: www.ptsmn.co.idThis position will be placed for: PT iForte Energi NusantaraWhat You Will Do:Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.Monitoring the legal filing, documentation and administration matter such as updating contract database, licenses database, filling systems, deed of the company’s database, etc to ensure all documents are well maintained.Provide commercial legal support to all projects and job functions.Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.Analyse and review legal agreements, legislation and documentsEnsure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.What You Will Need:At least 2-5 years experiences in related area.Minimum Bachelor degree in LawHave good communication, reporting and presentation skill.Fluent in English both written & verbal.Good in computer literacy.Having positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independentlyHaving knowledge in legal drafting, corporate legal.Knowing about Solar Panels will be an advantage.What We Offer:You will be part of one of the fastest-growing connectivity solution provider companies in Indonesia.You will be part of a fast-growing team that continuously strives to deliver client satisfaction.Competitive benefit and exceptional career experience.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
