We assist the greater New York City area’s top law firms and in-house legal departments with their direct hire, temp, and temp to perm staff and attorney hiring needs.We are expanding and seeking a professional and upbeat legal recruiter to join our winning team. The ideal candidate must be people savvy, sales oriented and motivated.Responsibilities:Generate leads and source candidates through various industry methodsScreen and interview potential candidatesFoster relationships with candidates and clientsNegotiate offers to facilitate placementsAttend weekly virtual team meetingsAssist with temporary staff onboardingResume consultingAdditional tasks as neededRequirements:2+ years of experience as a law firm or staffing agency legal recruiter/talent acquisition specialist, or2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney looking to make a career change into legal recruitingSkills:Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with close attention to detailThe ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume deskAn entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-service focused spiritCompensation & Benefits:$50K - $130K. The salary listed is reflective of a total compensation package including commissions. Exact compensation package will be determined based upon the individual candidate’s qualifications. Commissions are uncapped.
