Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite Preferred Our client, a highly respected top-tier law firm with an excellent reputation in the Irish legal sector, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to support two senior Partners and their teams. This is a key role within a fast-paced, professional environment where attention to detail, discretion, and strong organisational skills are essential.The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Partners’ practices, providing first-class administrative and secretarial support and assisting with a wide range of client and internal matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, amend, and format a variety of legal documentation and correspondence.Manage busy diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Handle billing processes including drafting narratives, monitoring WIP, and liaising with Accounts to finalise invoices.Prepare transaction and client-specific billing documentation.Provide proactive administrative support to fee-earners, ensuring all work meets firm standards and deadlines.Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner.Organise internal and client events or speaking engagements where required.Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist with post-closing processes, including document scanning and client correspondence.Provide cover and cross-team support when needed. Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a professional services or legal environment.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards under pressure.Strong billing experience, including working from WIP reports.Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel).Typing speed of 65+ wpm with strong document formatting ability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident decision-making and sound judgment.
