As a Legal Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you’ll support a dynamic legal marketing team by managing social media, email campaigns, and event promotions, all while using AI to streamline your work. You’ll play a key part in growing brand visibility and nurturing client relationships. If you’re proactive, organized, and excited by innovation, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Creating and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramEngaging with followers and supporting community-buildingTracking analytics and optimizing content performanceBuilding and managing email campaigns and drip funnelsMaintaining contact lists and tagging leads accuratelySupporting lead-nurturing workflows and automated follow-upsUsing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write) for drafting, research, and analysisRepurposing marketing content for blogs, newsletters, and eventsAssisting with firm-hosted events, sponsorships, and referral outreachHelping design digital and print marketing materialsCompiling campaign performance metricsContributing to monthly marketing reports and identifying growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to three years of experience in marketing or social mediaFamiliarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics, HubSpot, or similar)Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and Meta Business SuiteExcellent writing and communication skillsSocial media content creation and schedulingEmail marketing and CRM managementAI-assisted content developmentEvent coordination and campaign supportPerformance tracking and reportingCreative and tech-savvyDetail-oriented and highly organizedProactive and resourcefulStrong communicatorEnthusiastic about automation and efficiencyReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
