Job Specific Accountabilities:Contract SupportAssist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, RFPs, and memoranda to ensure legal compliance and support negotiations.Record and Data ManagementTrack and maintain contract data and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. And assist in managing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in accordance with organizational needs.Legal ComplianceProvide support to ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance on legal issues as needed. Legal ConsultationAssist in providing legal advice on tasks and authorities as per organization regulations and support the review of legal opinions on administrative violations.Content ReviewHelp review and verify the legal content of instructions, decisions, and circulars issued by the organization.Assist in monitoring the alignment of the organization’s regulations with relevant laws.Legal StudiesParticipate in legal studies related to the organization’s jurisdictions, providing analysis and insights and conduct preliminary studies of requests submitted by applicants.Related Tasks and Cross-Departmental ResponsibilitiesPerform any other related tasks and duties as directed by the line manager.Collaborate with other Legal Departments.The role involves flexibility in task assignments, and the employee will be rotated across different Legal Affairs departments depending on employee development track and business needs.Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree in law.4+ years of experience in Legal Consultation, Legal Studies, Contract Management, Contract Drafting or any relevant experience.
