Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.Provide legal advice to management and departments on various business matters.Ensure the organization’s operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls.Handle legal research and prepare reports, memoranda, and opinions on diverse legal issues.Manage and coordinate external legal counsel when necessary.Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders.Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization’s operations.Support dispute resolution, litigation management, and contract enforcement.Maintain legal records and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.Admission to the bar or relevant legal practicing certificate.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.In-depth understanding of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory law.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
