Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Take lead in drafting and reviewing various agreements and legal instruments between the company and other parties including building template agreements and legal documents for the banking services and products to be provided by the company to customers.Provide legal advice to the company on day-to-day operation of business and participate in settlement of dispute case in professional manner.Update management and relevant departments on any changes of law and regulations related to the company to ensure that the company is compliance with those laws and regulations.Take lead in registering of change of the company particulars and obtaining license and/or approval for the company’s business from relevant government authorities.Take lead in liaising with relevant government authorities in representing the company on any legal matters.Review the contents of marketing materials and publications of the company to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and protection of the company’s interest.Take lead in providing legal related training to internal stakeholders as the case may be.Perform other matters as assigned by the Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTEducation: Bachelor/ Master's in law.Working Experience: 3-5 year-experiences dealing with legal issues, experience with FI, MDI, or bank’s legal department is preferred.Business Understanding: Regulations related to banking and financial institutionsMatter related to banking business and registrationMatter related to bad debt recovery
