Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and issue job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting purposes. Onboarding & InductionFacilitate new hire orientation programs. Ensure smooth joining processes including documentation, IT setup, and induction schedule. HR SupportAssist with HR documentation, record-keeping, and HRIS updates. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure recruitment and HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Who Fits the Legend’s SeatBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines. Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
