Numerous institutions have reacted with awards to ICBC Turkey´s performance and profitability, such as Best Commercial and Investment Bank in Turkey, Most Innovative Brokerage House, and Leader of Financial Intermediation Transactions.ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a Compliance Manager for our Legislation and Compliance Unit under Internal Control & Compliance Department for key components of our AML/CFT framework. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in national and international regulatory requirements, strong technical knowledge in KYC, sanctions, risk monitoring and control activities.This role will work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure that the bank’s compliance program is robust, effective, and aligned with global best practices.You will have below responsibilities for this position:Support the Compliance Officer in developing, maintaining, and executing the bank’s AML/CFT and overall Compliance Program.To perform or ensure the performance of KYC, Enhanced Due Diligence, ongoing risk monitoring, and risk assessment activities, suspicious transaction reporting.Manage and review sanctions screening alerts, investigate potential matches.Carry out 2nd level KYC reviews and manage the compliance aspects of correspondent banking relationships, including nostro/vostro account openings.Respond to correspondent bank questionnaires and provide necessary compliance documentation.Provide consultancy to branches and head office departments on AML/Compliance matters.Contribute to the revision, enhancement, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.Prepare and deliver mandatory regulatory AML/Compliance reports in line with national requirements.Prepare periodic reports, surveys and analysis requested by the Head Office.To fit this position, you need to have the below qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crime.Successfully passed the MASAK Compliance Officer Authorization Exam.Strong command of local and international AML/CFT legislation and regulatory expectations.Solid understanding of correspondent banking processes and requirements.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Fluent in English.*This position does not offer a hybrid work.
